We will be sending an email to past athletes in the coming days about the upcoming season, but in the meantime mark your calendars for the following:

All practices will be at the Huntcliff Pool

• Preseason Practice Schedule (Begins: May 11)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • 5:30 - 6:00 PM (Level 1)
    • 6:00 - 6:45 PM (Level 2 & 3)
    • 6:45 - 7:45 PM (Level 4 & 5)

• Summer Practice Schedule (Begins: May 25)
  • Morning Practices
    • Monday, Tuesday and Friday
      • 9:00 - 9:30 (Level 1 & Little Sharks)
      • 9:30 - 10:15 AM (Level 2 & 3)
      • 10:15 - 11:15 AM (Level 4 & 5)
  • Evening Practices
    • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
      • 5:30 - 6:00 PM (Level 1 & Little Sharks)
      • 6:00 - 6:45 PM (Level 2 & 3)
      • 6:45 - 7:45 PM (Level 4 & 5)
    • No evening practice on Memorial Day (May 25).

Level Descriptions

• Level 1
  • Swimmers are able to complete approximately 10 feet minimum unassisted. 
• Level 2
  • Swimmers are able to complete 25 yards unassisted but may require stopping.
  • Little exposure to the 4 strokes.
• Level 3
  • Swimmers are able to complete 50 yards unassisted but may require stopping.
  • Introduction to all 4 strokes.
• Level 4
  • Swimmers are able to complete 50 yards unassisted and without stopping.
  • General understanding of all 4 strokes.
• Level 5
  • Swimmers are able to complete 100 yards without stopping.
  • Solid understanding of all 4 strokes and able to compete each legally.
